Initial diagnostic visit

During our diagnostic visit, we do a comprehensive walkthrough of your home using our proprietary checklist to evaluate the current state of your property. 


At the end of our visit, you receive a customized "house health" report, where we break down the evaluation results and recommend next steps to address potential risks.

Complimentary maintenance services

During our initial diagnostic visit, we allocate approximately 30 minutes to tackle some common tasks that will help prevent major issues in the future. Our team will prioritize those who represent the biggest risk and are addressable during the visit.

Mid-term follow up

Around the six month mark after our initial walkthrough, we will arrange a follow up visit at your convenience. The goal is to verify that all risks identified before have been addressed and assess if new ones have appeared.

Step 4

On-demand handyman and project management

As a Home Guardians member you get access to on-demand handyman services at a flat hourly rate as well as project management for anything from small projects to major renovations.
