What to expect?

Our initial diagnostic visit is a 2-hour in-depth inspection of your home.

Using our proprietary 18-point inspection checklist, we will assess the current state of your home and identify potential risk areas.

At the end of the visit, you receive a thorough report highlighting risks identified along with recommended next steps to address these risks.

During the visit, we  allocate the last 30 minutes to complete complimentary maintenance tasks.
